When you­ form your company you may need to register with the IRS and your state tax agency to create employment deposit accounts so that they can distinguish how much your business has deposited. Every quarter reports are created and filed with government agencies to balance these deposit accounts. The deposits are based on the amount of withholdings of your employees throughout the quarter. We will prepare the state liabilities, and complete the quarterly reports in a timely fashion. In Oregon we use the OTTER software to send all reports electronically which is the preferred method of the state Employment Department.
